ProManage IT Solutions is expanding its sales division and looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Information Technology Sales Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand IT services and can confidently engage with clients, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, freelancing portals, and business networks.
* Build a structured pipeline of prospects across international and domestic markets.
* Maintain a high-quality database of leads with proper segmentation.
2. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
* Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and challenges.
* Present company services clearly and persuasively (Websites, Apps, SEO, Branding, Digital Marketing, etc.).
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and scope of work in coordination with technical teams.
* Negotiate terms and close deals confidently.
3. Proposal & Documentation Ownership
* Work with development/design teams to prepare accurate SOWs and project briefs.
* Ensure all documentation is complete, structured, and aligned with client expectations.
4. Account Management
* Build long-term relationships with existing clients for upselling and repeat business.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager for smooth onboarding after deal closure.
* Follow-up regularly for client satisfaction and feedback.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
* Monitor market trends, service demands, and emerging technologies.
* Analyse competitor pricing, services, and positioning to support strategy improvement.
6. Reporting & CRM Updates
* Maintain updated records of all leads, calls, meetings, and proposals.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
* Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue targets, and pipeline health.
Skills & Competencies Required
Communication & Presentation
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Technical Understanding
* Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX, hosting, APIs (preferred).
* Ability to analyse business requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
Sales & Relationship Skills
* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close deals.
* Comfortable handling international clients and online meetings.
* Target-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
Tools Knowledge (Preferred)
* CRM systems (Internal CRM).
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Email outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Mailshake).
Experience & Qualifications
* 13 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development preferred.
* Strong freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
* BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA (Marketing/IT), or related fields.
