Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT servicesincluding website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other technology solutionsdirectly to small business owners in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to approach and engage small business owners.
- Present and explain IT services (website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, etc.) in a simple and convincing manner.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Report daily activities and sales progress to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (field sales/door-to-door preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
