Job Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and ERP-related roles.
- Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in ERPNext recruitment or hiring for ERP-based roles.
