About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will play a key role in partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client or internal hiring requirements for various IT roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15 years) in IT or Technical recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of technology skills and current hiring trends (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions.
- Familiarity with campus hiring or bulk technical drives.
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or IT services company is a plus.
