Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment with the ability to source, engage, and close top technology talent. Exposure to recruitment in the APAC region (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.) will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical requirements and define hiring needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and smooth recruitment processes.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence in India and across APAC.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of IT skills/technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Proven experience in sourcing and closing mid to senior-level IT professionals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles across tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to APAC recruitment and familiarity with hiring practices in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, or Australia.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
