Must-Have Skills:
- Overall 8-13 years experience in teams delivering custom IT/Digital solutions
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing end to end from concept to go live with a team of 10+ people (Just experience of scrum ceremonies is not sufficient)
- Shows typical PM skills such as
- Dealing with risks and issues
- Effort estimation and planning
- Has dealt with project initiation at least once
- Has dealt with go live at least once
- Delivering with tech stack that is ether custom web app or data app
- Shows understanding of business case, ROI/Value
- Project Management (Prince2, PMP, APMP)
- Business Analysis / Design Thinking
