About the role

As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will take full ownership of Aspire's internal IT infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient. You will lead and mentor a team of IT professionals while designing and managing enterprise-grade systems and tools that support Aspire's fast-growing global operations.

Your responsibilities will go beyond daily IT support, focusing on building strong infrastructure foundations, improving security posture, and maintaining compliance with global standards. You will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that Aspire's IT environment empowers employees and scales with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Aspire's IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, and security systems across all locations
• Architect, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure leveraging SaaS and Cloud solutions
• Oversee and optimize enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Manage office network infrastructure including WiFi, firewall, and access control systems using Unifi or equivalent technologies
• Drive Aspire's compliance and governance efforts by maintaining alignment with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent standards and operational efficiency
• Support and manage multi operating system environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux along with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and 1Password
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manual work
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, vendor relationships, procurement, and license renewals
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and security requirements
• Serve as the final escalation point for critical IT and security issues
• Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high performance culture
• Lead large scale IT projects including system migrations, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications

• Based in Gurugram, India
• 10 plus years of professional experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience managing Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Unifi network systems
• Solid understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and access management
• Hands on experience across multi operating system environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux
• In depth knowledge of IT governance, compliance standards, and information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations in a global or fast scaling startup environment
• Familiarity with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Exposure to SIEM or monitoring tools such as Azure Sentinel or Splunk
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security Plus, CISSP, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
