Qynko is a software solutions company specializing in building products that drive meaningful impact. We're looking for a dynamic Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist who can join our remote team and help us establish strong partnerships with influencers to drive brand growth and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Negotiate terms and manage collaborations with influencers to align with our marketing goals and budget.

Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute influencer campaigns.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Ensure timely communication and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.

Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing and explore creative opportunities for collaborations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing, with proven experience in negotiating deals with influencers and demonstrating strong convincing skills to secure impactful collaborations.

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage partnerships effectively.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to working in a remote environment.
