journeys.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers across various platforms, managing and strategizing influencer campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and cultivating long-term relationships with influencers. This role involves monitoring industry trends, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, social media platforms, and campaign management.
• Skills in communication, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports.
• Creativity in developing and overseeing compelling influencer-driven content aligned with the brand message.
• Relevant experience or familiarity in digital marketing, brand collaboration, or related domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
