We're looking for Influencer Marketing Executive/Specialist to join Healthify's fast-growing marketing team. If you live on Instagram & YouTube, love discovering new creators, and know how to turn ideas into strong influencer content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Discovery & Shortlisting
- Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms.
- Filter creators based on quality, audience fit, brand relevance & past performance.
- Maintain and update an internal influencer database.
2. Influencer Communication & Coordination
- Reach out to influencers with structured briefs.
- Ensure clear, effective communication throughout the partnership.
- Handle negotiations for deliverables, timelines & commercials.
3. End-to-End Campaign Management
- Manage the complete influencer workflow from outreach to onboarding to content approval to final delivery.
- Track deadlines, ensure timely posting, and maintain smooth execution.
- Monitor performance & share post-campaign reports.
4. Creative & Script Support
- Assist in brainstorming and writing scripts/storylines for UGC content.
- Suggest creative directions and on-trend ideas to influencers.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals & platform best practices.
5. Social Media Awareness
- Keep up with trends, trending formats, viral sounds & platform updates.
- Suggest new content ideas for Healthify based on social insights and user behaviour.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency or brand side).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns & creators.
- A knack for social media and understanding of UGC-style content.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets for tracking.
- Bonus: Experience with health, fitness or lifestyle brands.
