Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position specifically requires candidates who speak Malayalam, Hindi and English.
  • Identify and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery and campaign execution.
  • Brief influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and product USPs.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze influencer performance and content quality.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and content partners.
  • Leverage influencer-generated content across other marketing channels (ads, website, social).
  • Edit and repurpose influencer videos for reels, ads, YouTube Shorts, and other formats.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics, skincare messaging, and current trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, creator landscape, and competitors influencer strategies.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships (experience in skincare/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of what makes good UGC/content.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness is a huge plus.
