Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, fashion-driven Influencer Marketing Executive who can identify creators, build direct relationships, and execute high-impact campaigns that amplify the Campussutra brand.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Research and shortlist relevant fashion, lifestyle, and youth influencers.
- Reach out directly via email, DM, WhatsApp, or calls.
- Negotiate deliverables for both paid and barter collaborations.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan monthly influencer calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal drops, and brand events.
- Create influencer briefs and ensure they understand styling requirements and brand tone.
- Coordinate outfit selections and sample dispatch from the warehouse/office.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term genuine relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Maintain organized communication throughout the collaboration cycle.
- Keep track of availability, performance history, and preferred categories.
Content Coordination & Review
- Review all content (Reels, Stories, Posts) before publishing to ensure brand alignment.
- Provide feedback on styling, captions, and aesthetics when required.
- Track new content trends and ensure Campussutra stays ahead creatively.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with insights and learnings.
- Suggest improvements for better ROI on paid collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Mass Communication, or similar.
- 13 years experience in influencer marketing (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong understanding of youth trends, social media, and digital culture.
- Excellent communication + negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple creators and campaigns at the same time.
- Creative eye for styling, aesthetics, and video content.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
