Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations that align with our brand's goals. The ideal candidate understands both content creation and performance metrics, with a strong network of influencers across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships from onboarding and brief creation to performance analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand messaging.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using key KPIs (engagement rate, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and PR partners.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Collabstr, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or AspireIQ.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and brand alignment.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Understanding of paid collaboration models (CPM, CPC, CPA, barter).
  • Ability to work with performance marketing teams to drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
