OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations that align with our brand's goals. The ideal candidate understands both content creation and performance metrics, with a strong network of influencers across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships from onboarding and brief creation to performance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand messaging.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using key KPIs (engagement rate, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
- Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and PR partners.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency or brand side).
- Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Collabstr, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or AspireIQ.
- Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and brand alignment.
Preferred Skills- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Understanding of paid collaboration models (CPM, CPC, CPA, barter).
- Ability to work with performance marketing teams to drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
