Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Source and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging influencer campaigns, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and influencer platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
