Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team at RCLASHERS MEDIA.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of influencer marketing from campaign planning and creator outreach to execution and performance tracking. The role is based in Delhi with flexibility for remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to influencers for ongoing campaigns.
Talent Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with creators and ensuring smooth communication.
Campaign Support: Help in planning, organizing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Data & Reporting: Track campaign deliverables and assist in preparing performance reports.
Trend Research: Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and creator marketing innovations.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and brand deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and social platforms.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
