Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role

RCLASHERS Media is seeking passionate, proactive, and highly motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in influencer marketing. As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Campaign Management and Talent Management teams, gaining hands-on experience in creator partnerships, influencer outreach, campaign execution, and relationship management while working with leading brands and digital creators.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Conduct influencer outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other communication channels.

Assist in creator onboarding and maintain accurate creator databases.

Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely campaign execution and content delivery.

Support talent management by building and maintaining strong creator relationships.

Prepare campaign reports, performance trackers, and operational documentation.

Conduct market research on brands, creators, and industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Follow up with creators regarding approvals, deliverables, revisions, and campaign updates.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
