Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory) | Knowledge of Punjabi, Haryanvi, Bhojpuri, or other North Indian languages is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across North Indian markets on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
- Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines with influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality.
- Ensure timely content delivery and campaign reporting.
- Stay updated on North Indian social media trends, creators, and influencer marketing practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives and brand goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Knowledge of regional North Indian languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
