Position - Influencer Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign Ideation & Briefing: Develop innovative influencer campaigns and create compelling briefs that provide clear inspiration and direction for creative partners.
- Campaign Execution: Ensure excellent execution of influencer campaigns by coordinating with writers, designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
- Relationship Management: Manage influencer relationships, including negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and appealing content for various marketing channels, leveraging influencer partnerships.
- Brand Messaging: Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging through influencer content.
- Initiative Development: Develop and grow influencer marketing initiatives to build the brand's personality.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute influencer events and experiential marketing initiatives to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
Qualification & Skills
- Experience: At least six months to one year of influencer marketing experience in a consumer-facing firm.
- Proactivity: High bias for action, with the judgment and drive to get things done and operate in a fast-changing environment.
- Operational Discipline: Ability to manage multiple moving parts and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Agency Experience: 2 years experience working with agencies is a plus.
- Learning Mindset: A strong desire to learn, absorb new information, and question the why behind decisions and processes.
