About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused marketing professional to drive our Influencer Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing creator partnerships, executing campaigns end-to-end, and boosting engagement and conversions through WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify relevant influencers based on brand goals, audience fit, and campaign budgets.
- Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and coordination with creators and agencies.
- Oversee product seeding, content briefs, timelines, and delivery of creative assets.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, formats, and creator categories.
2. WhatsApp Marketing
- Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing strategies, including broadcasts, automation flows, and customer engagement journeys.
- Manage end-to-end workflows such as audience segmentation, drip campaigns, message sequencing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with creative teams to plan and produce compelling WhatsApp content, including text, creatives, videos, and interactive messages.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as delivery rates, CTRs, read ratios, conversations, and conversions to optimize results.
- Work closely with tech teams to implement and manage chatbots, API integrations, automation rules, and support workflows.
- Ensure all communication adheres to brand tone, compliance standards, and platform guidelines.
- Continuously test new formats, messaging styles, and engagement ideas to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Maintain updated tracking dashboards and prepare reports for all WhatsApp campaigns.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and WhatsApp automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across content, design, product, and sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights, optimize performance, and maintain accurate trackers and dashboards.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with strong prioritization.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
