We are looking for a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with influencers (macro, micro, nano).
• Plan & manage monthly influencer campaigns.
• Create briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, sales).
• Work with internal teams for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 12 years of influencer/social media marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & digital trends.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with creative thinking ability.

Nice to Have -

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Existing influencer network/contacts.
• Basic video editing & content ideation skills.
