About this Role
We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive (not a manager role) who lives on Instagram, understands creator culture, and can independently find, negotiate, and manage influencers for our brand campaigns.
You'll be the bridge between influencers and our marketing/creative team handling everything from first contact to closing, raw footage collection, and final deliverables on deadline.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers/creators for campaigns (Instagram first; others as needed).
- Actively search using hashtags, niche pages, reels, and tools to find fresh, relevant creators.
- Initiate contact and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their managers.
Negotiation & Partnerships
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials for barter / paid / partnership ads.
- Close partnership ads deals (UGC videos, review content, whitelisting/paid partnership ads, etc.).
- Ensure clear communication of expectations, briefs, and usage rights (content usage for ads, website, etc.).
Content & Raw Footage Management
- Coordinate with influencers to get raw footages, final content files, and required reshoots on time.
- Share briefs and references from the marketing team and make sure influencers follow them.
- Organise and hand over all content neatly to the creative / marketing team for editing and ad usage.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Track deliverables against timelines and ensure everything is done as per campaign deadline.
- Coordinate internally with the marketing, performance, and creative teams so campaigns run smoothly.
- Maintain a proper database / tracker of influencers, negotiations, and campaign status.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track influencer content performance (views, engagement, swipe-ups, link clicks, etc.).
- Share regular reports, insights, and feedback with the marketing team.
- Suggest which influencers to reuse, scale, or drop based on performance.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay active on Instagram daily to catch trends, hooks, formats, and viral styles.
- Share ideas with the team on how creators content styles can be adapted for our brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if skills are strong).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or social media management.
- Strong internship / freelance experience in influencer coordination will also be considered.
- Practical understanding of how to find, shortlist, and reach out to influencers (not just theory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple influencers and deadlines at the same time.
- Good with Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining influencer databases & reports.
- Must be based in or near Noida or willing to relocate (role will shift to hybrid/in-office).
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Level & Salary Note:
This is an execution-level role (Executive), not a manager position.
Salary will be aligned with an executive-level profile and depend on experience and skill fit.
