Build and run the talent roster for India's largest media holdings company in digital entertainment. Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—scouting, onboarding, brand partnerships, and revenue growth for creators, artists, and influencers. Direct ownership of P&L targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, scout, and onboard high-potential creators, influencers, artists, and digital personalities.
- Build and expand an exclusive talent roster through long-term representation agreements.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for creators—focusing on brand positioning, career milestones, and revenue diversification.
- Drive revenue through brand partnerships, endorsement deals, licensing opportunities, paid appearances, and other monetization channels.
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets tied to your assigned talent portfolio and overall P&L.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that maximize value for both the company and represented talent.
- Monitor talent performance, commercial pipeline, profitability, and business KPIs.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms, creator trends, and industry shifts to continuously strengthen the talent portfolio.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-10 years in Talent Management, Creator Management, Artist Management, Influencer Marketing, Entertainment Partnerships, or Digital Media.
- Demonstrated experience signing and managing exclusive creator or artist relationships.
- Strong existing network within the creator economy, entertainment, or influencer ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing revenue-generating portfolios.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, creator monetization models, and brand collaboration structures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify emerging talent and convert opportunities into long-term business growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with ownership of commercial outcomes.
