Position Title: CA Trainee - Global Investigations Team of GIA Team of Global Finance and Accounts

Duration: 12 Months I Location: Goregaon, Mumbai I On-Site (No Hybrid model allowed)

What are we Offering

A twelve-month industrial training opportunity within the Global Investigations Vertical of the Global Internal Audit Team. Ideal for CA students who have cleared Professional Education

(Exam II) or Intermediate exam and are eager to gain hands-on experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate investigations

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on topics related to ethics, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Investigation Support: Assist in internal investigations of potential compliance breaches, including evidence gathering, interview support, and drafting of investigation reports.
  • Policy & Training Development: Contribute to the drafting and revision of ethics and compliance policies, and assist in the development of training materials.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Risk Management to ensure a unified approach to ethics and compliance. Track and
  • follow up on preventive and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Analysis: Prepare legal memoranda and summaries that distill complex legal concepts into actionable insights.
  • Upskill and Deliver: The trainee is expected to upskill in at least two emerging technologies such as Gen A1, Agentic A1, Digital Transformation, or Digital Forensics, and apply these
  • learnings to enhance his own as well as the strengths of Global Investigations Team.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Education: - Passed Professional Education (Exam II) or Intermediate exam from ICAI. (First Attempt or Ranker)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong command of English and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Certification such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner, US) is preferred but not mandatory.
