Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jaipur for an Industrial Sales Manager at Ahuja Group. The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing market strategies, overseeing account management, and enhancing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing sales initiatives, leading a sales team, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role also entails maintaining strong connections with clients, ensuring excellent service and support to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in Account Management, with a focus on maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including target-setting, performance tracking, and achieving revenue goals
  • Expertise in Customer Service, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team in the sales department effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
