Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets:Plan, forecast, and consistently meet or exceed industrial revenue goals across assigned territories.
Market Expansion:Proactively develop the customer base through cold calls, networking, marketing campaigns, and regular field visits.
Channel Development:Identify, evaluate, and appoint qualified industrial dealers in key hubs.
Channel & Partner Management:Build strong relationships with channel partners and manage their sales teams to deliver consistent results.
Industry Penetration:Drive product adoption and positioning within major process industries including Steel, Cement, Chemical, Metals, Textiles, Mining, Tyre's, andPaper& All types of Manufacturing Industries.
New Business Development:Create compelling business cases to onboard new customers and drive sustained engagement.
Market Intelligence:Analyze and compile competitor and market trends to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategy.
Opportunity Management:Generate, track, and convert leads from both new and existing customers. Handle RFQ responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
Receivables & Credit Control:Maintain healthy account receivables and ensure timely collections to support business health.
Activity Planning & Branding:Organize and participate in exhibitions, product demos, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Cross-Selling Initiatives:Collaborate with internal teamsengineering, marketing, etc.to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across business units.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ ECE/ IE)
Proven track record in industrial sales with 2 to 8years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of the industrial landscape and decision-making units (DMUs)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
