Your Mission
Launch & Lead: Build our presence in India from scratchdriving growth, partnerships, and market credibility.
Business Development: Engage with CMOs, brand managers, and leading agencies to secure pilot campaigns and scale long-term partnerships.
Partnerships & Marketing: Help brands unlock the power of creators and everyday consumers through innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Operate Independently: Represent our brand on the ground, running daily operations while staying closely aligned with the UK leadership team.
Experiment & Iterate: Test new approaches, gather insights, and refine strategies to ensure product-market fit and sustainable growth.
What We're Looking For
Industry Experience: Strong background in marketing agencies, brand partnerships, or digital marketing with credibility and networks across India's top consumer brands.
Creator & Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of how brands invest in social media, creator-led campaigns, and performance-driven strategies.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in unstructured, early-stage environments where rolling up your sleeves and experimenting is the norm.
Business Acumen: Skilled at pitching, negotiating, and closing opportunities with senior decision-makers.
Independent & Resourceful: Capable of running operations solo, making decisions quickly, and building local momentum without a big team.
