Job Description

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for an experienced cloud practitioner to lead cloud strategy for complex enterprises. The role requires expertise in cloud financial management/FinOps, AI-enabled FinOps, cloud governance, cloud migration planning, modernization business cases, cloud operating models, AI governance and value, and FinOps for AI workloads. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across hybrid and multi-cloud architecture, data platforms, application modernization, DevSecOps, FinOps, security, and compliance.

This role requires strong consulting, architecture, and leadership capabilities, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders, define target-state architectures, create solution roadmaps, and oversee implementation.

Job Position Title: IN_Senior Manager_Cloud Strategy_One Cloud_Advisory_PAN India

Responsibilities:

- 15–20 years of total experience, including 10+ years in relevant cloud and AI domains.

- Strong understanding of FinOps and cloud financial management, including cost visibility, KPIs, unit economics, showback/chargeback, tagging, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and AI-enabled FinOps.

- Hands-on experience optimizing cloud costs across key modernization levers.

- Experience establishing a Cloud Business Office or Cloud Center of Excellence.

- Experience in cloud and AI governance, with a strong focus on unit economics, AI economics, and token economics.

- Strong understanding of FinOps for AI workloads.

- Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization planning, and application portfolio assessment, with the ability to define migration strategies such as rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, retire, and retain.

- Ability to define DevSecOps architecture and automation strategy across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, configuration management, and release management.

- Ability to build data-driven value-realization business cases for customers.

- Ability to develop commercial levers and investment cases for large-scale cloud, data, analytics, and AI transformation programs.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Ability to present complex findings clearly, concisely, and with actionable recommendations.

- Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and experience leading data-driven analysis.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience in complex cloud and AI transformation programs.

- Strong experience with Indian enterprise clients.

Preferred Background and Experience:

- Hands-on experience applying AI to cloud projects, including proof-of-concept development.

- Project management experience.

- Exposure to IT cost management across software, applications, and hardware.

- Established CXO network in India.

Key Result Areas:

- Meet revenue and margin targets.

- Convert design wins into repeatable assets and new revenue streams.

- Develop reusable thought leadership and solution assets for the global PwC network.

- Reduce sales and delivery costs through technology enablement and process improvement.

Certifications:

- Foundational cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader.

- Foundational AI certifications, such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Google Cloud Generative AI Leader.

- FinOps certifications.

Education qualification: - Degree in finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
