 Job Description & Summary:

Our Infrastructure Transformation Practice helps clients improve the delivery of complex capital projects through stronger governance, better project controls, and practical digital enablement. We work across sectors such as roads, energy, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, manufacturing, and other asset-heavy industries.

We are looking to hire professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience who understand both capital project delivery and digital implementation. These are not just pure strategy roles. We are looking for people who have worked on live programs and have hands-on experience setting up or improving PMOs, governance routines, reporting structures, digital assets, and project control systems.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of:

  • PMO / governance experience
  • digital transformation and implementation exposure
  • capital project / infrastructure context
  • hands-on familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled tools

Responsibilities:

Support clients in transforming how capital projects are governed, monitored, and delivered by improving:
  • PMO and governance structures
  • reporting and decision-making
  • schedule and performance visibility
  • Digital stack including digital workflows, dashboards, and data models
  • implementation of digital assets and analytics tools

Role Overview by Level
  • Associate - You will support delivery teams in building and running governance and digital workstreams. This role is suited for candidates with strong execution discipline who can manage data, reporting, trackers, dashboards, and PMO artefacts in live project environments.
  • Senior Associate - You will independently drive workstreams across governance, project controls, and digital implementation. This role is suited for candidates who can manage stakeholders directly, turn project data into insights, and take ownership of implementation outcomes.
  • Manager - You will lead client-facing delivery across governance and digital transformation engagements. This role is suited for candidates who can shape solutions, manage teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure on-ground implementation impact.

Sector Exposure

Experience in one or more of the following is relevant:
  • Roads and highways
  • Energy and utilities
  • Industrial infrastructure (Plants, facilities, SEZs and Real Estate)
  • Semiconductors
  • Manufacturing / industrial capex
  • Large capital projects and transformation programs

Core Responsibilities

  • action trackers
  • risk and issue logs
  • decision logs
  • change trackers
  • executive status reports
  • Support governance forums and ensure follow-through on actions and decisions
  • Improve reporting discipline, data quality, and management visibility

Digital Transformation and Digital Assets
  • Support or lead implementation of digital solutions for project governance and controls (Note: while role is limited to curating the workflows, design and implementation plan, actual implementation experience will be desirable)
  • Build or improve digital assets such as:
  • Tracker tools for utilities, land acquisition, permits and approvals incl. GenAI toolkits / linkages
  • MIS dashboards, automated reporting packs
  • project performance trackers
  • schedule analytics outputs
  • workflow and approval trackers
  • portfolio governance dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, analytics, and AI-led tools to improve capital project delivery
  • Help embed tools into day-to-day ways of working rather than treating them as standalone reports

Project Controls and Performance Monitoring
  • Track milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery performance
  • Support integrated reporting across time, cost, risk, progress, and actions
  • Analyze trends and variances and convert them into actionable insights
