Role Description The Import Export Executive (EXIM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end import and export logistics, including documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance with relevant regulations. The Import Export Executive will communicate daily with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Responsibilities include handling customs clearance processes, tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining records for audits and reporting. The role also requires providing responsive customer service to stakeholders, addressing queries, and supporting continuous improvement of import-export operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Import and Export processes, including documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with customs and freight forwarders.
- Experience in Import Logistics, including shipment planning, tracking, and resolving logistics-related issues.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Familiarity with trade regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or logistics management software.
- Relevant academic background in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an EXIM or logistics coordination role will be an advantage.
