Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, ensuring successful software implementation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing training and support, and ensuring smooth transition to the new system.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to understand and interpret customer requirements
• Proficiency in Software Implementation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Relevant technical background or experience in logistics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
