Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Delivery Manager who will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. This is a customer-facing role where you will manage project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and build strong client relationships while driving business value through our AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and presentations to track progress and capture feedback.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and requirement scoping.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Requirements
- Graduate degree is mandatory; B.Tech / MBA preferred.
- Min 1 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Client Management.
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
