Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Ernakulam. The Immigration Consultant will guide clients through visa and immigration processes, including eligibility assessments, documentation review, and application preparation. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, advising on suitable immigration and study abroad pathways, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The role involves coordinating with international institutions, staying updated on changing immigration laws, and providing clear, timely communication to clients. The consultant will maintain accurate records, support internal process improvements, and contribute to a client-focused, professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes.
- Experience working with visas and related application procedures.
- Understanding of relevant immigration law and regulatory requirements.
- Consulting skills, including client advisement, needs assessment, and solution-focused guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
