Role Description

Position: Immigration Consultant

Locations: Kochi & Kottayam, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 0–7 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on various immigration programs and assess their eligibility.

• Guide clients through the immigration process and documentation requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the documentation and case processing teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.

• Achieve assigned consultation, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Build strong client relationships by providing professional and timely assistance

throughout the immigration journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–7 years of experience in immigration consulting, study abroad counselling, sales,

or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counselling, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client
