Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of compensation programs.
• Salary benchmarking for different job families.
• Good understanding of various salary components, including minimum wages.
• Strong skills in data handling and data analysis.
• Participation in multiple compensation-related services.
• Strong experience using macros to prepare compensation projections.
• Good experience in managing vendors and insurance providers.
• Experience in conducting wellness programs.
• Preference for a mid-sized organisation.
• Total experience: 8+ years.
• Relevant experience: 4+ years.
• Location: Remote (flexible to work from office for initial 3 weeks for KT; accommodation will be provided).
• Industry: BPO.
• Shift: Split shift (12 PM to 9 PM).
