Key Responsibilities:
- Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.
- Assign roles based on subprocess and department.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.
- Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).
- Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Understanding of IT security principles and access control.
- Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
- Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IAM roles.
- B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
