Job Title: IBM Case Manager

Required Skillset: IBM Case Manager, Integration with FileNet, Agile Scrum Delivery, Case Builder artifacts, external documents.

Location: PAN

Experience Range: 6-8 years

Job Description:

Required SKillset:

1. Good understanding about IBM Case Manager architecture, case builder artifacts, pages, views. Hands on experience with designing case solutions.
2. Good experience with Case Builder artifacts, external documents, Case Task and process fragments, security.
3. Hands on experience with Page designer and Case operations component.
4. Good experience in deploying and debugging case solutions.
5. Experience with CMAC, Configuration manager and FileNet deployment manager.
6. Experience in integrating custom widgets and business rules.
7. Experience in building custom application in REST service and JavaScript API's.
8. Knowledge about 3rd party integration with FileNet.
9. Knowledge about Case Analyzer, Case Monitor and Cognos RTM.
10. Experience in Agile Scrum Delivery.
11. Experience in dojo preferred. Experience in Java/J2EE preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Co-ordinates with the business teams to gather requirements, meet tollgates.

2 Co-ordinates with the offshore teams and business analysts.

3 Help the onsite/offshore team with designing and troubleshooting.

4 Work in an agile as well as waterfall environments, attend agile ceremonies.

5 Co-ordinate with the QA teams and consolidate/report testing outcomes.

6 Execute projects to completion through all its phases.
