- Project Management Support: Assist in project planning and execution, tracking progress, follow up on action items, and update status reports.
- Process and Procedure Documentation: Work with stakeholders to document IAM processes and procedures to support IAM programs and key initiatives. Support the identification of process efficiency opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Metrics, Reporting, & Communications: Help to support the creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations. Collect and analyze data for the monthly metrics, and input data into the centralized reporting tool.
Audit, Assessment, and Regulatory Support: Gather data to support Audit and regulatory inquiries. Support key cyber requirements gathering for key initiatives.
