Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with issues related to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel.
Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates related to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint services.
Implement and manage security measures, including data loss prevention, threat protection, and compliance standards within Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Monitor the health and security of the enterprise network in real time and review historical data for detailed threat analytics.
Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications
Language: English (Bilingual is an asset)
Education: Information Technology / Computer Systems College Diploma or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a Support Analyst or End User Support role in an Information Technology related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related security services.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and Microsoft 365 services.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are preferred
