Position: HVAC Sales Engineer

Role Overview
The HVAC Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, providing technical solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales acumen, particularly in the HVAC, automation, and energy management domains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with HVAC contractors, consultants, and industrial/commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Engage with direct clients and channel partners to expand market reach and business footprint.
2. Technical Sales & Solution Design
- Understand client requirements, conduct site visits/assessments, and propose customized HVAC, automation, and energy management solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions meet technical specifications and commercial expectations.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends to strengthen Nirvay Solutions position in the market.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for strategic planning and product positioning.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system.
- Present periodic sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to the management team.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- (Diploma holders with strong technical sales experience may also be considered.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, energy management, or automation systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy-efficient technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
