About Human Resources:

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About the Role:

Will be responsible for handling all activities related to the Payroll Processing, Leave and Attendance Management, Exit management on Daily / Weekly / Monthly Basis and ensure smooth functioning of employee life cycle in Bank.

Key Responsibilities

Processing of end to end Payroll Management, F&F Settlments, Leave and attendance Management.
Monitoring the various exits happening through system.
Focusing of automation of various processes related to Payroll and Exit Management
Ensuring all Compliance and Audit tool macanism are in place
Monitoring recovery from ex-employees
Issuing all exit related letters and documents to ex-employees
Trouble shooting technical errors and identifying the root cause to avoid reoccurrence in future and Co-ordinating with IT for fixing the issues identified
Monitoring system reports to ensure sanctity of the data.
Providing periodic and ad-hoc reports to management.
Reviewing existing processes and develop process enhancements if required
Co ordinating with IT for implementation of new requirements and change requests
Co ordinating with IT for UAT confirmation and production deployment
Resolving issues and answer Exit related Querys of employee within TAT.

Qualifications:

Post- Graduation(Optional)
MBA-HR(Optional)
Extensive Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
Certifications (Optional)

Role Proficiencies:

The incumbent should have relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years.
The incumbent must have strong knowledge about Payroll & Exit related process.
Basic understanding of IT systems and processes
Knowledge on data processing and good analytics skill is required
Ability to handle large volumes of data / transactions
Relationship management skills with stakeholders (Internal as well as external)
