About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and process-driven Manager HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR processes for a fast-paced organization.
The role demands strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations across stores, regional offices, and head office.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1.
Employee Lifecycle Management- Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities
- Ensure HRMS data accuracy and timely updates across employee records.

Payroll & Compliance- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Handle statutory audit documentation and reports.

HR Operations & Policies- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and other MIS.
- Support manpower budgeting and HR audits.
4.
Attendance & Leave Management- Monitor attendance through biometric and HRMS systems.
- Manage leave, shift, and roster administration
5.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling- Support HRBP/HO in driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as first-level contact for grievance redressal and employee queries.
