Human Resources Manager

1. Human Resource Planning: Understand the objectives of the organization & each department and align teams per the requirements with the support of the leadership team.
2. Maintaining Work Culture- Engage employees regularly and keep the vibe of Whistle alive, making them feel important in the process. Celebrate employees anniversaries, and achievements and appreciate their good work.
3. Hiring Candidates Identify the right candidates and get them onboard as per the requirements.
4. Induction, Training, and Development Provide induction to employees and ensure adequate job training is given to the candidate. He/she is to be monitored for the initial period to observe the performance and execution.
5. Resolve Conflict: Empathise with the employees and situation and resolve the conflict.
6. Payroll and benefits: Coordinating employee payrolls, benefits, and documents related to it.
7. Monitor Performance: Track the performance of employees, discuss with the department heads, and help employees achieve their KPIs. Review them and discuss their salary revision discussions.
8. Rewards and Incentives- Identify best performing employees and reward them for being committed to delivering results and bringing growth to WhistleDrive.
9. Employee Wellness: Coordinate their wellness, counsel them with empathy, and help them zone into work.
10. Design Workplace Policies- Design, educate, and reinforce the importance of workplace policies on a periodic basis.
