Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits programs, and support employee development initiatives. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus
