Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the HR department. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, administering employee benefits, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, handling performance management, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance with labor laws
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Capability to develop HR policies and procedures and manage performance management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years as an HR Manager or similar role is preferred
