Our mission
This position is managing the entire employee life cycle, performing Human Resource Information System Processes including Talent acquisition, Learning & development, Compensation & benefits (payroll support), Performance Management, Employee engagement at plant level.

Key Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, job intake, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interviews, offer process and onboarding for acquiring talent for mid/senior level positions.
- Engage with line managers and site leadership team and make the best talent available within defined timelines and budget.
- Lead hiring efforts and pipeline development through alternate hiring strategies.
- Proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation level, etc. and keep the hiring manager up-to-date of critical market developments.
- Promote internal mobility by encouraging existing talent
- Provide Support to new hires in Goal setting and educate them about onboarding process.
- Support hiring manager and new hire in orientation program.
- Ensure efficiency in the recruitment process by following pre-hiring process in the system.
- Following up with the IT team for asset preparation (Laptop/desktop/ID configuration) and provide assets to the new hire on very first day.
- Ensure completion of onboarding status and feedback record in workday/HRIS tool.
- Dealing with external agencies for contingent positions (fixed term) and ensure timely processing of invoice.
Compensation & Benefit
- Lead compensation & benefit at site level
- Ensure timely submission of attendance inputs as per timeline.
- Ensure statutory Compliance. Dealing with Govt. Officials regarding PF, gratuity, pension etc.
- Ensure timely submission of Challan and Returns.
- Ensure exit interviews of left employees & analysis of reason of attrition.
- Ensure timely information of resignations to IT team for system backup.
- Ensure no dues form clearance during offboarding process.
- Close coordination and follow up with HO C&B team and highlight site related issues to mitigate any discrepancy.
- Dealing with medical Insurance companies and ensure timely settlement of claims.
- Helping out employees for any insurance related query and assist them in health care and medical exigency.
- Drive employee self-service at site.
- Dealing with internal & external auditors.
- Ensure correct organization mapping.
- Ensure data quality of employees job title, grade, organization, compensation etc.
Performance Management
- Collaborate with managers to set clear expectations and goals. Implement SMART goals and measurable KPIs.
- Educate & Support employees and managers in Goal setting exercise and ensure timely completion of Mid-year and year end reviews.
- Compilation of Performance ratings and support people managers to follow the Bell Curve.
- Support & guide people managers in Talent/people reviews.
- Drive for Career Day and educate employees in maintaining their talent Card.
Employee Engagement
- Organize team-building activities such as off-site retreats, workshops, or team lunches.
- Encourage collaboration, communication, and trust among team members.
- Recognize and appreciate employees efforts through awards, certificates, or shout-outs. Regularly acknowledge achievements and milestones.
- Promote physical and mental well-being by offering wellness programs as yoga sessions and other health challenges.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction.
- Use the insights to improve policies and processes.
- Provide training, workshops, and skill-building sessions.
- Encourage employees to grow and develop their careers.
- Organize social gatherings like Family Day event, Birthday celebration, cultural activities or themed events.
- Foster camaraderie and build relationships.
- Mentorship Programs:
- Pair experienced employees with newer ones.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Encourage transparent communication between management and employees. Town hall meetings or Q&A sessions.
Learning Management System
- Identify and assess the learning needs of employees through consultation with managers.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods to deploy the training calendar.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal trainers and training vendors to develop and deliver trainings.
- Organize learning sessions and track the employees learning completion and in-progress detail. Create course offerings, scheduling and attendance record in Workday/ HRIS tool.
- Ensure timely completion of global mandatory learnings.
- Managing learning events in close coordination with Learning coordinators.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)
- Ensure compliance with POSH laws and regulations.
- Ensure periodic meetings of Internal Complaint Committee and update management.
- Educate employees about their rights and responsibilities.
- Handle complaint
- s sensitively and take appropriate action.
- Maintaining POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) annual file and filling annual reports with the compliance team.
Other Responsibilities
- Work closely with HO team in Policy / Procedure making
- Smooth functioning of HRIS tool at Site
