We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions. Key responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, induction, career development, and exit processes.

  • HR Operations: Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.

  • Performance Management: Drive appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees, resolving grievances and ensuring workplace harmony.

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and organizational culture.

  • Strategic HR: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.

What we're looking for

Must-Haves

  • - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.

  • - 3-5 years of proven HR experience with exposure to both operations and strategy.

  • - Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • - Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

  • - Proficiency in HRMS tools and payroll systems.

Good-to-Have

  • - Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  • - Exposure to organizational development and change management.

  • - Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.

  • - Certification in HR or related domains.
