Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage daily HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting workforce planning, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and industry regulations. The role entails collaboration with department heads to develop training and development programs and managing compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.

- Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
- Knowledge of Training, Development, and Performance Management best practices
- Adept in Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS or ATS tools
- Experience working in a dynamic and diverse work environment
