This isn't a typical HR Manager job.

We're not looking for someone to push policies or manage payroll.

We're looking for someone who gets it that in a high-growth startup, HIRING is STRATEGY.

That finding, attracting, and nurturing the right people is the single most important thing we'll do over the next 3 years.

So yes, 60%+ of your time will be spent on Talent Acquisition.

But not just filling roles. You'll be building tribes.

What you will own

Talent Acquisition (6070% of your time):

  • Build and scale a hiring machine that finds exceptional people, fast.
  • Define what great looks like for each role, and never settle for less.
  • Design interview processes that reveal character, not just competence.
  • Pitch our vision like a cofounder, because you are one, in spirit.
  • Build our employer brand so that high-performers want to be part of this mission.

Core HR & Culture (3040% of your time):

  • Architect a people-first culture with systems that reward ownership and growth.
  • Lead performance management, engagement, rituals, L&D, and team health.
  • Be a confidante, coach, challenger, and culture-keeper all rolled into one.
  • Help us become a workplace people are proud to be part of.

Who we're looking for:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, with experience in recruitment.
  • A builder. A doer. Someone who sees broken systems and can't sleep until they fix them.
  • Someone who believes that hiring isn't HR's job, it's the most important leadership function in a startup.
  • Someone who lives for clarity, thrives in chaos, and knows how to get thingsdone with heart.
