About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join us as aSr. Manager/Manager Human Resources. This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus ontalent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activitiesto support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LeadTalent Acquisitionacross levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.
  • Drive the fullPerformance Management Cycle: KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Implement and manageemployee engagement programsto build a positive and motivated work culture.
  • Support inattendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes.
  • Regularly review and updateHR policies and SOPsin line with best practices.
  • Generate and maintainHR dashboards, MIS, and reportsto support decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).
  • Supportemployer branding initiatives, including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experiencein an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong expertise intalent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management.
  • Good understanding ofHR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellentcommunication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
