IAPL Institute (India) is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to lead our HR operations and manage our team of recruiters. This role will oversee all HR processes except recruitment, while ensuring smooth functioning, strong team culture, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations
- Manage, guide, and monitor a team of recruiters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain HRMS data accuracy including attendance, leaves, and records.
- Lead performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure employee engagement, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management for HR planning and process improvements.
- Support payroll inputs and related HR administration
Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in HR operations or people management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Experience in managing HR processes in an educational or service-based organization (preferred).
